Plum is one of those fruits that you appreciate only when you really like it. Its jam is very pleasant and satisfies all the palates. You appreciate it especially when you do not expect much and in that case you are pleasantly surprised. Even more pleasant is when you discover the aftertaste of the vanilla berry. Be careful not to associate the vanilla with the vanillin flavor that we find in desserts; the vanilla berry has a very strong smell when it is used but an equally delicate taste when it is tasted. The combination is for real connoisseurs and can really amaze. We use the real Bourbon berry from Madagascar in its processing.
