Since 1783, the Pelino family has been crafting confetti in Sulmona, following an ancient recipe passed down through seven generations. Each confetto encloses a Sicilian Ferragnes almond, caliber 36/37, carefully selected for size and quality, coated in a crisp layer of sugar and vanilla using 18th-century artisanal techniques.
