The company
Made and packed by us
Dolci Aveja is a small artisan pastry maker in L'Aquila. Since 1977 we have been making sweets and torrone from our family recipes: no preservatives or colourings, with carefully chosen ingredients and natural methods.
Every sweet is packed by hand. Gold Medal 2007.

Our method
Developed together with experts
To get the recipe right we worked with nutritionists on the composition, with a paediatrician on the nutrients and with a preschool on shape and texture: a bite of the right size, easy to chew and swallow.
Behind it is the same care Dolci Aveja has always put into its sweets: simple recipes and quality ingredients.
